My credit card transaction failed, how do I resolve this?

If you are having issues with trying to pay by credit card, see the suggestions below:
 
  • Please double check that all the details are correctly entered.
  • The card is being processed in the United Kingdom, so your card issuer may have stopped the transaction if it is outside the country of issue. You will need to contact your card issuer and ask them to allow the transaction.
  • IDTechEx only accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • If you are still having issues, please contact IDTechEx and we will help you.

How do we engage with you for bespoke work?

where the most suitable expert analyst will be involved to understand what you seek. After taking your requirements

Covid-19 Statement

The IDTechEx Show! in Berlin will go ahead as planned. The majority of attendees at the event are from Europe and we are taking the developments concerning the coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously. We are in close contact with the responsible health authorities and monitoring their advice. We are also working with the venue to ensure the highest possible degree of hygiene and safety for all attendees.
 
Customer Cancellation
 
Where the Show! proceeds as planned, but exhibitors or delegates decide to cancel their participation, the standard terms and conditions are as follows:
 
  • Should a delegate wish to cancel at least 28 days before the event they will receive a full refund less a 15% administration fee.
  • Should an exhibitor wish to cancel they will be issued with a 50% credit to use against a future event.
 
Event Postponement
 
Should the Show! not be able to take place at the Estrel Berlin on the agreed date, efforts will be made to change venue or dates to ensure the Event goes ahead. In this instance, as per our standard terms and conditions, we will switch delegate passes and exhibition orders to the revised location/dates.
 
In any case where the customer cancels or where the event is postponed, the event organisers are not liable for any related costs (such as travel) to exhibitors or attendees.

I have two discounts I would like to use for my conference registration. Can I use both of them?

No, we do not combine discounts but we will honor the discount that is better for you. These discounts are for attendee places only and not exhibition packages.

Are the meals included?

Yes, all refreshments including lunches and the drinks reception are included, please check the agenda for timings. If you have special dietary requirements, please contact Molly Muckle at m.muckle@idtechex.com

How can I get to the venue?

The venue's details, including website telephone number and map, are listed on the conference website under the Venue and Hotels section.

What about accommodation?

The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our limited preferential accommodation rate please visit the Venue and Hotels section of the website where you will find booking details.

Registration and name badges

We do not mail out e-badges.
 
Your name badge can be collected from the conference registration desk. Your badge must be worn at all times and you will be refused entry to the event without it. Please report to registration desk if you mislay your badge.

Do I have to pre-select the conference track that I want to attend at IDTechEx Show?

No. If you have purchased a full conference pass you will have access to all the tracks at the IDTechEx Show and can move between them at any time.

I have an IDTechEx Show Exhibition Only Pass, can I attend the conference presentations?

No, your pass will only allow you entry into the IDTechEx Show exhibition. However, if you wish to attend the presentations please report to the registration desk and we can advise you on how to upgrade your pass.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Please email sales@IDTechEx.com and we will be able to send you the relevant information.

Can I substitute an attendee?

Yes, substitution of an attendee is free of charge. We will need their full contact details, including email, before the conference in order to substitute them.
